VINS BLANCS

Bourgogne Aligoté
This is kept in vats right up until being bottled in order to preserve its freshness and aroma. This wine should be drunk young (up to three years) and is particularly recommended when mixed with cassis to make the aperitif kir.

Bourgogne Hautes Côtes de Beaune
This wine has developed aromas of hawthorn, lemon balm and a hint of gun flint. It keeps well as a young wine and is the prerfect accompaniment for shellfish, snails and cooked meats.

Santenay
Kept in oak barrels for 10 – 12 months, Santenay develops aromas of vanilla, nuts, almonds and complex minerals. It is good with fish and chicken.

VINS ROUGES
Bourgogne Hautes Côtes de Beaune
Made in the same way as the finest Burgundy wines, its equilibrium allows it to be at its best after 5 to 10 years.

Maranges
Tannins are always present in this wine with its intense colour, making it perfect to accompany meat. The longer you keep it the better it will get.

Maranges 1er Cru "La Fussière"
This is a full structured and ample wine with aromas of pepper and woody forests. Good with turkey or beef.

Santenay "Les Charmes Dessus"
A finely balanced wine exhibiting aromas of cherries, both morello and plain.

Santenay 1er Cru
"Grand Clos Rousseau"
This is a very fine wine whose grapes are protected from the wind by dry stone walls, and is full bodied and extremely complex. It is possible to taste blackcurrant, blackberry vanilla and spices. It will be at its best after 10 – 15 years.
